1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Item is defective or not functioning

If a satellite receiver, Starsat 4K box, LNB, Smart TV, dish motor, or any electronic accessory is not working on arrival, contact us immediately.

Item is wrong or mismatched

If you receive the wrong model (e.g., wrong Starsat model, wrong TV size, wrong LNB), we will replace it.

Item arrived physically damaged

If the product is damaged during delivery, you must report it within 24 hours with photos/videos.


2. Conditions That Must Be Met

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Item must be in brand-new condition
  • Packaging, accessories, remote, cables must be complete
  • No scratches, burn marks, or misuse
  • Serial number must match our records
  • Smart TVs must not have panel cracks due to installation error or mishandling

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Satellite receivers after activation or usage
  • IPTV accounts, IPTV activation codes, or subscription cards
  • LNBs and dish accessories after installation
  • Smart TVs damaged due to wall mounting errors
  • Used or physically damaged products
  • Receivers modified with software, firmware, or unofficial apps

4. Warranty Policy (UAE)

Most products include a standard UAE warranty, such as:

Satellite Receivers & Electronics

  • 7-day replacement (if defective)
  • 1-year service warranty (model-specific)

Smart TVs

  • Manufacturer warranty (depending on model)
  • No warranty on broken screens due to misuse

Dish Accessories

  • Tested before delivery
  • Replacement only if DOA (Dead on Arrival)

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

7. Delivery Charges for Returns
