2. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. That email does not guarantee acceptance.
- Once payment is confirmed (if applicable) and stock is verified, we will send a “Shipping Confirmation” — at that point a binding contract is formed.
- We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, payment issues).
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed are in AED and include applicable VAT or taxes (if applicable).
- Payment must be made in advance via the available payment gateways. We do not store credit card data.
