DD FreeDish is primarily targeted at India, and its beam is not optimized for UAE. As a result, the signal is extremely weak or unavailable in many UAE locations, even with large dishes. IPTV/OTT is more practical for Indian FTA content in UAE.
Most Indian channels in UAE are available through IPTV and official streaming apps rather than free satellite. A hybrid receiver or smart TV app connected to a reliable Indian OTT or IPTV service is usually the best solution.
